Default Whats the deal with CPRacing??

http://www.944-951parts.com/

I ordered the rear-clears kit from them for my car. (It makes the yellow part of the tail lamp red).

So it costed about 120 dollars shipped. I paid on July 13th via paypal.

I emailed him 10 days later about the progress on shipping the item and he didn't reply (Chris Patrick). There wasn't any phone number that I could reach him at on the website either.

Now today, the 27th, I'm starting that paypals claim thing to try and get my money back.

Anybody know how I can contact him? I know a lot of you guys bought splitters from them with no problem, so I don't know why I am running into all these problems trying to buy something from him.

Thanks guys

He's good on his word. As Lorax said, I believe he has some significant health issues right now.

Patience.....

His wife and his right hand man are dealing with all of his orders as best as they can right now but it is causing some delays as he was the real brains behind the operation. He is having some serious health problems right now related to a broken back he suffered a few months ago and the recurring operations to fix that, bear with him, he always does his customers right, you have nothing to worry about dealing with him, just expect it to take a little while right now.

Give him time, he will come through. As others have mentioned he has had some really serious health issues lately. I ordered a splitter and lenses from him a number of weeks ago (end of May actually). The splittered arrived this past Friday and the lenses will be following soon. Patrick will not screw you over ... just give him time. If the quality of the lenses are anything like the splitter, then you will love them!

Patrick is good for his word. So much so I'm sure some of the members (including me) would cover a refund if you so choose. He is truly not in a position to respond quickly.

Cheers

I am with Daigo... Happy to step. I even have some of his lenses here. PM me with the ones that you are looking for and I will see what I have and maybe can accommodate you that way.

bdesai7,
You filed a claim with PP, threatened to "smear" my name all over the forums in your message attached thereto, and were subsequently issued a FULL REFUND 4 hours later, What is the problem now???

Next time, perhaps you should try a more civil approach (i.e. COMMUNICATION) before you make such threats. I have reviewed, at length, ALL correspondences in my e-mail box and cannot find one that matches the "bd_1600@yahoo.com" which you attached to your most pleasant message, and claim to be the one you sent "multiple" messages to.

Either way, your money is now safely tucked away back in your PP account hours ago:

Refund (Unique Transaction ID #06H594792H448612T)
In reference to: 4VM940453U945435G

If anyone else has an issue, I am extremely accessible AND responsive via CPRacing_aero@live.com

Agreed. Patricks name will never be smeard. This just looks like a newb who cried wolf way too early without doing a little background check.

FYI to the OP. You should know Patrick was hospitalized and has been in serious surgery. His wife is trying to catch up on orders. At no point were you indanger of being screwed over. Maybe you should have come on here first asking questions(or perhaps a pm) before crying fowl so soon.

Patrick I didn't get your call today. Are you alright bro?
