Default anyone ever done a custom tubular front-end 944

My dads '87 944S was crashed 2 years ago and I want to get it going again since it has 68K miles on it. The passenger side frame was pushed in about 2 inches. Has anybody made a custom front end out of metal. Thanks

Unless you're going to make it a full out race car, I think you'd be better off finding a shell and hacking the front rails off and grafting them on your car.

I wish my rules let me move the firewall back.. There are classes, but then Id be up against budgets like the one pic above.. See front of engine behind front wheels? So... nevermind.

If I got a front clip, where would I cut the existing frame and weld on the new part since the damage is right in front of the strut towers

Probably a little bit in front of the strut towers... kinda between where the damage is and where the damage isn't.
