Default F/S: Good parts car or project to get back on the road (Factory Pearl White)

Had a few people tell me they'd be interesting in taking the car off my hands if I buy it back from the insurance company. Pics can be seen at this thread on page 1: http://reutterwerk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=15122

Here's all the details for anyone else who might be interested:

The good:
Has a fairly new clutch with only about 5k miles on it.
Engine and tran are both strong.
DME/KLR have the Autothority stage 2 chip set
3-inch exhaust from cat back
Rear suspension Bilstein HD
Front suspension Bilstein escort cups, 250lb springs
17" Fikse FM10 wheels
Factory pearl white paint
Aftermarket BOV (looks like a forge or billet but unsure of brand)
Weltmeister Sway bars front and rear
No cracks in dash, no rips in seat, only wear in carpet is the driver side mat, carpet under the mat is perfect.
Rebuilt the ball joints in the front control arms with the SSI performance brass ball joint kit. Have about 3k miles on the new ball joints.
Brake pads have about 6k miles on them.
Amsoil oil change about 1000 miles ago.
Falken FK 452 tires. Rears were put on in may, fronts were put on in August. I'd say the rears have 85-90% and the fronts have 95% tread left.
ATE Super blue racing brake fluid in the brake system. Needed to be changed in the next couple of months.
Have a huge stack of records that came with the car when I purchased it from the PO. Records go back 3 owners I believe to 1987.
Car has right at 89,000 original miles.

Now for the bad:
Front driver side wheel is mangled up and would need to be replaced.
Front driver side suspension would probably need to be replaced, couldn't tell the day I wrecked it.
Was leaking some radiator fluid onto the road, unsure if the radiators cracked but some hoses definitely took a hit/ the overflow tank is probably busted.
Couldn't open the driver door more than 2-3 inches. Undetermined if this is due to frame damage or the fender being pushed back into the door jamb. The sunroof was out at the time of the wreck and I was able to get it to go back in perfectly. But none the less, some frame damage is a possibility.

Overall, the hood, bumper cover, bumper shocks, fender, 1 wheel, headlight, nose panel, and some mechanical/suspension pieces in the front driver side of the engine would need to be replaced to get it back on the road.

The catch is the insurance company needs to know by tomorrow if I intend to buy it back or not. I don't have the space or time to buy it back and part it out or repair it. I'd need a definite answer by tomorrow morning on whether or not someone would like to purchase the car as it sits right now. I'll be willing to buy it back and hand it over for $3000OBO (just found out insurance reworked the buyback on the car to a lower price).

Sorry to see this. I'm afraid it's destined for the salvage yard, unless there are some 'parting specialists' that see a good value in this. I hope you get a fair shake from the insurance co.
