Default 87 Turbo... Value? Worthless?

So... I need to sell my 87 944 Turbo..
It has 54K miles but the engine is bad and the front valence is faded...
Whats the opinion on its value?

54k and a spun number two? Are you the original owner? Do you think it was run low on oil? Mine has 150k
a few track days and no problems so far.

Keep oil topped off and pumping properly. This shouldn't have happened. Something unusual was at play here.

For an idea I just bought a running 87 with a true leather interior in very good condition but bad exterior and no records for $700.

The car was previously owned by ShawHart here on rennlist. I don't think he knew that if you drove them hard they can use a little oil in the turbo between changes. He is the one who sold it to MercedesBen here on rennlist. i purchased it from Ben. Just haven't had the time or the money to fix it.

Doug, what are you going to do with it. I could use a part of two...like the 2 piece crossover. Lemme know.

Call Lart, put a used shortblock in it. You can probably do the job for 1500 with new seals and belts. Then sell the car for 5-6k. Barry
