Yes I tried.
- the splitter is too thick to make the batwing stick close enough to the bumper, at least to my liking.
- the curvature of the splitter isn't quite as open as the curvature of the bumper so when trying to align both perfectly the splitter bends slightly upwards at the front.
- Assuming the two points above get adressed the center section of the batwing will need to be cut as the splitter has a lower center section.
- the splitter is so thin I doubt it would provide any significant downforce - though this splitter looks really cool I'm not going to cut the batwing if I'm not sure of getting good functional results.

I dont think this spoiler would work with the batwing so it may not be for the people who want to retain it I'm afraid. It also offers no significant downforce from a performance point of view like a proper splitter designed for our cars but on the plus side is the price for starter's at 29 euro or $37. It wont crack and break like the majority of expensive fibreglass splitters on the market so you wont have to spend every other weekend repairing it!... and when installed it looks like it was made for the car and fit's just perfectly in my view....not for everyone but I'm very pleased with it.

If you cut the front edge of the batwing it does fit - I riveted on the splitter cut the front edge and replaced the batwing with a couple of extra fixings in the centre of the batwing,

Thanks, yes you have to cut about 10mm off the front centre 1/3 and it is suprisingly tough, will try and get some photos at some point.
