Default BEST NGK SPARK PLUG FOR MY CAR?

Street Daily Driver, I am running a max of 14 psi with an Accuboost, an APE Maf, 3 bar Fpr with a 3" exhaust with stock wg, should I get the BPR6ES or the BPR7ES? And at what gap?

Why NGK? I just use the Bosch plugs you get from Lindsey Racing and they're great. And my car runs 23 psi on 110 octane race fuel. LR Super 53 turbo, 4" exhaust with no cat, MAF, 3 bar fpr, high volume pump, 55 lb injectors. Those plugs are the gap you need

I hear that the NGKs produce more power from the boost monsters here and several claim they are "the best" plug for our cars....

I'd recommend NGK BPR6ES stock gap for your application. 15psi or more, run 7ES with .026 gap

I don't think the consensus from the 'boost monsters' is that the NGK's, or any plugs for a high boost setup, necessarily produce more power. They make the power resulted from the higher boost safer from detonation (knock), especially with a slightly smaller gap.

Exactly, they perform better under heavy load

I've used both and both are good. I will say this about NGKs though, all my 2 stroke motorcycles run best on them. Last longest without oil fouling.

Both brands are just as good. It's not really an issue. The gap is an issue. Make certain they are gapped right.
As to your question, the most commonly used NGK is the NGK BPR6ES.
Most Bosch guys run the 7's.
I've used both and couldn't begin to tell any difference, so I think it's a preference thing.
