Can you make one to fit the 944 cabs? I purchased one thinking it'll fit and it doesn't (cab and coupe must be different), although I haven't checked to see if I can shorten the front side to make it work. Maybe I'll check that this weekend...

There is a material / metal supplier just south of the PHX airport call Industrial Metal Supply. They have a wide variety of extrusions like this. You'd have to make the bend and cuts, but if they are not available, it would be worth your time to pay them a visit.

AZ Banks & Veleno you could do what Vic has proposed but by the time you factor in all of the time, gas etc..... You'd be at double or triple my price.

As for fitting a cab...I do not know enough about the difference in the demensions but I am thinking they would be minimal and since you all appear to work on P-Cars you could modify them to fit relatively easily with no more than a drummel and two 2x4's
