Default Getting close! - IT'S ALIVE! (9/9/11)

Made a lot of progress this weekend getting the car back together. Most of my motivation is that I am moving again in September and I don't want to have to tow the car there. That and I want to drive it! I'm rapidly approaching the two year mark for when I first pulled the car apart and got bitten by the "while I'm in there" disease. Then I moved twice and was away from the car for 6 months. Anyways, I can't wait to fire it up! Got a few more things to hook-up/install/etc., hopefully will get it to fire next weekend.

Yeah, 2.5" SFR pipes. I started to make my own, but a set came up for sale for a pretty good price so I grabbed them.

Just what do you mean by "happy ending" exactly?

Looking good Alex! All that time and patience invested is going to pay off. Are you running a blow through MAF?

No MAF with the wolf system, just MAP. Definitely will be time well spent. It's one of my first projects where I haven't been rushed to get it done and have had to the time to do it right.

Just to a different part of Seattle. Can't complain too much about missing Indiana, we just hit 85 for the first time all year this past weekend. I'll take that any day over the 95+ you guys have been getting this summer.

Got the fuel pressure gauge mounted along with my new vacuum manifold (no more spider web of tee's). Also got the exhaust/wastegate all mounted, but not tight yet. I need to find where I placed my hangers for the catback or make some new ones. Got a few interior parts to put back together and then it should be very close to starting!
