That looks very nicely done, I like the fact that the original body lines are maintained. I've never seen the little wings on the front..is that adapted from another car design? It seems like you'd have to do some actual wind tunnel testing to see what they really do. There's some really nice work in that Camero thread too.

Was this picture taken at the Charlotte Motor speedway? If so, I believe I know who owns the car.

According to the forum where I found the pictures.

"The service manager at Hendrick Porsche in Charlotte has run a 944 Turbo as a track car. Last year he installed a LS motor in another 944 and has had great success racing it. Very well done car."

That is really well done. Note how the Lemans spoiler (rear) blends into the hatch with that black strip around the rear (plexi)glass. I would love to see more pictures.

Those look like the standard 2" wider fiberglass fenders. Anyone that's using them currently that can confirm?

I saw the car in person at a recent NASA event. It belongs to the service manager at Hendricks Porsche (dealer in Charlotte). He did an LS1 conversion which was very clean and AIR fiberglass fenders. A truly amazing piece of work.

That is who I thought it was. He has a few nice 944, 951. He has a very nice red turbo with Ferrari seats in it.

Agreed, a very well done car that runs in ST1 in NASA-SE.

That colour is actually the same colour at the GT3rs. I still think its looks fantastic. its actually quite hard to photograph that colour Green. I have to adjust my SLR colour settings just for it. It will be a bit deeper Green in real life
