My bet is that he got the 951 for cheap and now got a quote from the local mechanic for a clutch job. In his desperation he turned to the internet and searched if it could be true that this job could cost so much. His world slowly fell apart when he saw countless of forum threads with everything from headgaskets that blow every mile to timing belts that break and complicated rear wheel bearings demanding more special tools.
It was not long before he turned to the path of crime. Another victim added to the long list of 951 desperados.

Duke nailed it! Here's his upcoming post: "New guy here. I was leaving my bank and while accelerating up a ramp, the boost cut out. I then noticed smoke from the rear of the car. Is this my headgasket or turbo seal?"

making friends the old fashioned way......
to own and drive a 944 Turbo requires that you
1. make a deal with the Devil.
2. lose a wife or two to the Forces.
3. be a card carrying member of the 944 Turbo Junk Part Swap Meet....
