Default How to sell... 86' turbo with a weird history

Long story short, the 951 I have owned since I was 16 has been sitting for 2 years. The shell, an 86', is in fantastic condition. The motor, a sleeved and blue printed block which has thousands of dolars of machine work done to it is more or less a 25k mile motor including a rebuild k26/6 (have a binder of receipts). Transmission is an open diff but has <90k miles on it. The interior is in nice condition, dash is cracked from sitting but everything else is surprisingly still held together great.

More or less, a little over 2 years ago something very glitchy finally came to electrical system and from what I was able to depict, the wiring harness needs to be replaced. I opted to part out the car but never got momentum to do so. I sold a coule bits and pieces from it however the majority of the car is still here. The intake manifold is off, however the engine is still intact and in the car. The wheels are gone, wastegate, DME/KLR and a couple other tid bits.

I don't have the time or desire to get this thing running again. Only problem is idk if it would be easier to part it out or just try to sell the car as it. I need this thing gone, its taking up space and in no way am I trying to get the tens of thousands of $'s invested back.

Any suggestions or even any interest? Car is located in NW Connecticut..

p.s. - Can and will add pictures this weekend. It is white with black/grey leather and cloth interior

How much would you be looking to get?

I am sure you have a number in your head, so try listing it.

Would like to get 2,000 for everything, which might be asking a lot, but compared to the amount I've invested in the car it's only a fraction. The motor, imo, is worth well over $1,000

That sounds pretty reasonable for a mostly complete, albeit, non-running turbo.

From what I could conclude, cracked wires through out the harness and possibly poor grounding issues.

The car had very difficult times starting, but not in the sense of turning over. Some days it would turn over and start just fine, other days it would not turn over at all. I replaced just about every single sensor on the block, as well as the starter, battery, alternator... no avail

I had something similar happen a while back on a '84 944. Turned out the DME had a crack. Added some solder and it was good to go.

That's what I thought as well, but I tried multiple DME/KLR's and still had the same issue

Nothing really. Koni yellows with GC springs and perches in the front, 951 M030 sway bars. Non sport seats.. momo wheel hub adaptor though! haha. It's a pretty stock car to be bluntly honest
