Painful to see.

Had a parking lot close call myself last week. Stopped behind another car that was waiting for a parking spot. As we're sitting there, an idiot starts to back out of her spot directly towards my passenger door. I'm laying on the horn, my wife is screaming out the window, and the only thing that got her to stop was my wife beating on her tail lights when she got close enough. She stopped about an inch from our door. I was looking out the passenger window just waiting for the sickening crunch, all I could see was tail lights. But I digress...

My condolences.

Wow so they are attacking other cars now?!

I swear Camary's and Corolla cars/drivers are the slowest cars on the road! I got stuck behind two of them at a light, one in each lane and a Garbage truck in front, light turned green and the freaking dump truck sailed away and those two A$$ Wipes had not even made it accross the intersection!

Anyway let us know what happens and again, sorry.

Well, get ready. It is pretty easy to buckle the rear cargo area, so it could be worse than it looks (although that angle looks a little less damaging). It's also surprisingly easy for an insurance company to conclude at least for a first offer that a 951 is not worth fixing. There are many threads here on the topic.

Good luck.

i wouldnt mind if they were to total my car. I have historic car insurance so they would pay the agree value. I hardly doubt they would total it. I am planning on taking it to my friends shop.

I'll keep you guys updated

My car has been on the road for a while. Next week i am going to the dyno full pull on high boost and some added timing. My wiper motor wasn't working so i replaced it and realized i needed wipers. Costco had a 2 for 1 deal.

after they pull the dent with the stud welder and get everything straight,

the quarter panel will no longer be true or properly fit the car....

a new piece will need to be cut in.
