Default A/F ratio ??

Using an older Perfect Power SMT5 setup from John from many years ago. I'm getting 11.6 or richer readings on full 3rd and 4th gear pulls. What is the ideal ratio? 12.5 through most of the range and maybe a little richer at 6,000 on up?

Any risk of running 11.6? Am I leaving that much on the table with it?
I'm just look for a good ballpark figure. I'm only running 16 PSI at the moment with stock 02 sensor.

TIA
Brian

Your A/F sounds about ideal to me. 12.5 would be a bit lean IMO.

Shawn's got it right, I would be a bit worried going any leaner.

11.8 is the sweet spot.

Excellent, thanks for confirming this. Sometime during this East coast winter I'll start looking for new tuning setup & a wide band.
