Ok so I don't know the car, the owner, or the post, but....

1- If he had a 325hp dyno chart - is it possible they were trying to extrapolate flywheel hp on a generous dyno?

2- Only had it 2 months and is trying to sell it leads me to wonder what he found in there that scared him off...

So he's multiplied the fly wheel horse power to extrapolate for whp? I might try that too!

I figured I'd answer as I hadn't talked with Dangerwillrbnsn when this thread was posted. I stopped by last to pick up my manual that I had lent to him and got the scoop on it. The ad on Ebay wasn't from him. He had sold the car due to finding out it had been salvaged twice, once in '91 for unknown reasons, and again in '97 for a rear end collision. He wasn't interested in putting money into a car that would never be worth anything. He sold it to some guy who is on a bigfoot hunter reality show who apparently flips cars. The ad Lart posted is from that guy who resold the car (at a huge loss from what he told me).

Shane is a BMW guy and has an older 5 series that he is the process of doing a turbo build up for. He's had it for a while and has already done the suspension work. I can't remember all the specs of what he is doing with it motor wise, but the turbo he has for it is a huge Garrett that was nicely polished. Instead of getting another 944, he bought a Land Rover to play around with that needs a bit of work and a Honda CR-V for a reliable ride. Maybe I'll get some correct specs and pics of his 5 series and post them up.

Hey Jeff, you ever go check the car out? Welcome back to Vegas by the way. We'll have to hook up at cars and coffee again soon. Later bud. Joe
