I developed an RS Carpet Kit for the 944/951 with App Biz out of California a few years ago, still looks good today. Couple pics below.

these are 944 carpets. to my knowledge, no one is making the full rear S2/968 carpets (w/ the small spare tire bulge).
there was a vendor making the flat sections of the rears with these wicked cool emblems stitched in, available in most colors. those were really helpful for the S2/968s suffering with badly stained or worn carpets, but I misplaced the link some time ago.
