951 almost totalled
Adding some pix of body repairs after a rear passenger side hit. Could have totalled it but after 14yrs of ownership I decided to repair. The body shop used oem parts though it had a snapped trailing arm, cv axle, hub, wheel and fender Smashed in. Porsche stocked the metal fender for $800 which was helpful over a donor cut. Almost there.

How many hours to cut out the old and place the new? Did you use the bonding adhesive or weld?
I ask because I have the left rear fender to replace, my fault. I have a replacement quarter to cut apart for the donor pieces. Very similar to your work scope. 87 944 turbo

The fender cut, weld and fitting was about 35 hours including shaping the inner wheel well. Interior headliner and quarter window removal prep is time consuming as well. Then there was the door frame alignment which is done with fender gap check a few times to fit right. The 951 body in this area is as solid as a tank but sorta tricky to align. Spot weld with primer and undercoated for rust protection.

The option sticker shows zermat silver metallic though it was resprayed slightly darker silver at one point. That smashed wheel was repaired believe it or not and center of wheel repainted to match. At least the impact on the gas filler did not blow up vehicle and person in it. Not a pinto.
