Interesting little write up in Hemmings about 944's and how they are starting to climb in price.

944s may be starting to climb, but the air-cooled cars have taken off in a rocket.

I passed on a couple 911s about 12 years ago that would bring double the money today, if not more.

Unmolested cars are going up in value.

Well... I'm out. LOL.

Maybe I should start talking to my neighbor again about his '83...

I've got one of the rare Canadian spec Silverrose Turbo S cars... too bad it gets molested every chance I get. It's gone too far down the road of being a track rat to ever come back.

I think it's mainly the garage queens that will make bigger money, it's making me wonder about my 3.0 engine though...

You should be able to double your money in the stock market every 8-9 yrs. It is of course more fun to have a sports car you can drive around in and basically accomplish the same.
