I've seen black, red, white, and platinum colored 944s when new wearing these. NOT often either, as they were a somewhat rarely seen option. They also carried their own option code number. If these are original to your car, they should be listed on the option code list on the warranty book inside page and the rear bodywork area in the back deck under the carpet by left rear tailight
