Default Project Car Opportunity Too Good to be True

I'm sure it's sold already, but talk about too good to be true.

Drug out to the field to die. Magnus Walker would be salivating if he saw this.

At least it is an 86 3.2 and not a 964.

Sure looks like a 964 if it’s not been recipient of an update (I see a shark fin).

Look at the engine bay slam panel, it doesn't have the cutout dip on the right hand side

Derp, I sure missed that. Or the lack of a coil spring on the front strut. Recipient of a 964 body kit apparently.

I dunno... the XKE guys would find that a pretty reasonable starting point for a full resto.

The 3.2 targas and cabs were prone to rot at the base of the door jamb at the back of the door which this car shows the 964's didn't suffer like this and all the other stuff. The giveaway was the seller listing it as an 86 which then added up. He knows what he has LOL.

He mentioned no tire kickers (hard to do with no wheels) but forgot to add no joy rides ; ) I've got to believe this is someone's idea of a craigslist joke - at least I hope it is.

I think the joke here is that he is making fun of baby boomers who list rotted out cars @ a high price and put "no tire kickers/i know what i got" in their ad.
