Default Scantool

Hello !
I am looking for a scantool for 964 C2, and I found while searching the forum that ToreB is a great one ! Unfortunately, it's out of stock on his website.
Does anyone know where I can buy one (with the software for windows and the 19pin adapter)?
Thanks a lot !

I have the handheld and it's great, (especially for C4)

There are 4 options:
Hammer - the best option
Hammer clone - linked above, the handheld or software version
Scantool from Tore - keep in mind the software is very dated, it works, and can do much of what the Hammer does
Durametric - limited functionality

I use a mix of scan tool and durametric and can do what I need to do with a C2.

Are these still available? What do the run? Don't see a place to order on the web site.

Hi !
Thank you for all your answers. I contacted Tore on his website, he quickly answered that his scan tool will be available in a few weeks. I think this will be a good starting point for the maintenance I plan to do.

I think the new site is https://home.kpn.nl/mirjam_paul/diag...ls_pdt999.html and Paul’s contact info is mirjam_paul@hetnet.nl
For the PDT999, the old parts were not available any longer so Paul worked on a redesign this past year. He already sold a few of the updated version and I just ordered the last one that he is currently building for me. His issue right now is getting the PCB and outer case from China so he can build some more units.

I just received my PDT999, excellent communication with Paul and I can't wait to try it out.

Let us know how it works for you. I am still on the fence about ordering one. Would like some additional user reviews. Looks like a great alternative to a hammer.

I've had one of the PDT999 for a few years. I bought it for the ability to cycle the PDAS and bleed them, it worked great! I've also used it to just check the operation of engine. A better deal for me than the hammer based on what I used it for.
