Default 964 distributor maintenance

Distributor maintenance what to look out for, are there instructions and which parts are replaced - where can you get spare parts?

I shipped mine to Steve Weiner at Rennsport Systems about 8 years ago for a rebuild. I was very pleased. I have noticed Steve has not posted lately...I hope he is okay!

why not swap out to the 993 style and be done with it for good?

I recently did mine and it's every 50k miles the belt needs to be serviced.

I think the only difference in 964 an 993 ignition systems are the coils
