Default Detach and remove spoiler motor

My rear spoiler motor $#*t the bed last week and I have a new motor coming in the mail. I've searched all over the interwebs and couldn't find a good DIY on how to detach it. It has only 3 bolts, 1 wire, and 1 cable. The bolts and wire (on the right side, which just plugs in with a 2-prong plug) are self explanatory, but how do I disconnect the cable that goes to the spoiler transmission and runs the screw gear? Is there an easy way to disconnect it from the motor? I tried pulling a bit, but was afraid to pull too hard - didn't want to cause more damage.

Thanks in advance!

Look up Bergvillfx.com and look in the DIY section. All the info is there!

Pull back the rubber boot, prise out the white nylon ring with a small screwdriver, Remove the cable from the motor. The ring is split and comes out easily.

Funny - I've been to that page before, specifically looking for this info, and couldn't find it. But you're right! Lo and behold, there it is, tucked in with the rest of the detailed info on that page. There's even a pic that I missed before.
