Anyone know where I might find one of these:
Its the drivers side rear inner fender panel for a 1989 C4.(Part #5)
Seems to be discontinued and out of stock.

My first stop would be to call Mike at Autobahn in San Diego. They take the parts not used in Singer builds. It might be a long shot but you never know.

Ouch. How badly damaged is the car that you need to replace the inner fender panel?
If what's there cant be repaired, I think you're going to need a donor shell.

Mike at Autobahn may be of assistance but this certainly is a part that Singer needs LOL, possibly try Rob at DC Automotive in Rocky Mount NC they don’t have near the inventory of 964/993 like out west but they could have a damaged car that has just what you require ..

Looking at the parts diagrams I can't figure out whether this part is the same piece.
It says it fits, but doesn't list it as a direct replacement for the above part number, But that might be because it went through several iterations of part numbers,
