Default Porsche vs Singer lawsuit

I have not seen any thread about this on the 964 forum so maybe its fake news. It seems to me it was inevitable.

Ferrari would have put a stop to Singer years ago.

Apparently Singer wasn’t paying a suitable Porsche tax.

Good article Here from Auto Evolution. Singer apparently stepped up quickly, and settled. Now if only Lloyd’s could resume making Porsche floor mats!

Nothing more than a 'clip round the ear'.
