OK, got the car in the workshop.
The very good:
1 owner.
No accident damage, none.
All paperwork and service stamps.
No sunroof, no A/C.
The good:
No rust to speak of. 1 front fender and the rear right lower corner of the rear screen.
2 keys, both work.
Even the pedal cluster and the pedal box are rust free and move freely (see below)
The bad:
Water logged. I sponged/removed over 15...gallons of standing water and waterlogged carpet.
The whole interior is shot. I'll save the dash cap, non cracked (a real miracle), and the lower dash mouldings. The rest is beyond saving.
Some storage dents, that are easy enough to remove.
The UGLY:
Some moron took out the DME brain and the speedo and tacho, but instead of pulling the plugs, they cut the wiring of the DME and tacho, and took the connectors with them.
The plan:
Remove electric windows, power steering, central locking, headlight washers, radio.
Paint Sternrubin, with the RS bucket shells.
Install the alloy front lid
Get a 92 Liter fuel tank and ancillaries
Install the RS wheel from the shelf
The search:
I will be needing sooner or later:
-The relevant wiring parts/harnesses (see above)
-An engine
-A set of 17 Cup 1 wheels
-An RS carpet set
-A suspension, I am thinking Bilstein sport/road oriented (No circuit for this one)
-2 front belts (no airbag version)
-A rear spoiler mechanism. Have the lid and the spoiler, miss the motor and gearbox.
I have time on my side, meaning I am not in a hurry. I put that out here just to throw a few lines. Maybe I get lucky, maybe I wait .

George awesome buy and good luck with the project three years ago, I purchased a nearly sister car to this ‘91 C4 GP white included five speed and engine with injection fire damage which took out rear window , eng lid , package tray , entire injection , wiring harness rear quarter upholstery ,fan, alternator and engine fiberglass shroud .
it also required painting of the roof ,engine lid, bumper and rear quarters..but hey a bit of work a buddy that paints and has mechanics to boot always comes in handy ..Bert

^^ I don't want this to hang around forever so I'm going to be a little flexible on the price. I've received a few $15k offers which is probably in the ballpark. I'm going to try to squeeze a little more out of it (not because I want to put the hurt on anyone - just because I don't want to see someone sell it for more later when I need all the $ I can get for this project lol) but I'll give you the option before I advertise a new price. I'm not sure where you need to be considering the shipping - but II have to imagine there are some engines over there somewhere!

Car's officialy dry. Every piece of carpet/sound deadening is gone.
I am amazed how easily it comes apart. Not one broken bolt so far. Even the pedal cluster came apart, only had to drill out the roll pin which came out in about 5 minutes.
Edit: I will dump the seats, which are... past their best. Anyone needs anything from part electric burgundy non-sport seats? I can scavenge. Free for shipping.
