ABS disable switch wiring - anyone done it and lived to tell?

Drifting
Back when the ABS pump was only used for ABS I always pulled the pump fuse throughout the summer periods, 1992 Jeep, 1992 LS400. ABS ALWAYS elongates the braking distance.
Awaiting the day that ABS remains disabled until/unless directional control/correction is required.

Do you know anything or have pictures about some RSR or Cup that were using some ABS disable button or pressure switch located under the brake pedal and that would disable the abs only above a certain pedal pressure or distance ?

No, I don't... the 92 Cup USA was intended to race with ABS.. and I believe all of the 964 Cup series did as well (but cannot confirm that, since. have only seen a few other ex-race 964 Cups)...
The ABS disable button on the dash was meant for "Off's" into gravel or grass since locked wheels stop faster in those cases and you could potentially save the car.
It was a "Push" to activate. The button light and alarms would turn on as well - placed near the tach it could be hit easily but out of the wayl.. It was just a standard Bosch on/off switch with a large illuminated button, I suspect it was used in commercial applications. I might have a picture of the packaging somewhere.
I think all 964 Cups had a similar system and never heard or saw any schematics for an inline pressure switch in the hydraulic brake system to disable ABS.. I could have been done in the 90's but would question the why of it.
this was a simple cut off switch.
