Default ABS and PDAS warning lights

Sometimes on startup I'll get the ABS and PDAS lights without a "!". If I bring the RPMs up to 2k, they immediately go away. I was thinking maybe the PDAS system needs a certain voltage or you'll get the lights, thus when you run the engine up and speed up the alternator the lights go out. What do you guys think? Anybody else had this happen?

Yes - it is voltage related, and there is a good chance it's the clock. I had this (although I had to hit over 3K rpm) and I know other people have as well.

I replaced my clock, but you've probably seen the thread on re-soldering the connections. Give that a try - someone actually had exactly this problem a couple of weeks ago, and resoldering worked for them.

Thanks, Dave, I'll have another look for that fix. Apparently I've been neglecting Rennlist if someone just posted a few weeks ago and I missed it. For shame.
