Default Which Finish Would You Prefer For Anti Roll Bars?

Attached are three pictures of anti roll bars, albeit not for a Porsche, coated with electroless nickel. One was shot peened before coating and the other was shot peened and beed blasted giving the more dull finish. Which do you prefer?

I like the dull finish, especially if under the car exposed to brake dust, dirt, etc.

dull. The undercarriage of a car is not a good place for polished surfaces...if the car is meant to be driven.

I prefer the satin textured look from the bead-blasting but the polished finish might better complement the rest of the suspension and the chassis (aesthetically). What materials, finish and colors have you chosen (or are stuck with) for other nearby pieces?

Polished finish at the mounting points and dull on the rest.

Dull unless it is for a show car that will not see much road time.

Matte appears to win. Not these bars but the ones in the attached picture are going into a kits for the BMW Z8 that will be given away in exchange for contributions to Colorado State University - Voss Veterinary Teaching Hospital-Animal Cancer Center.
