Part number, from inside luggage compartment

Hello!
Trying to figure out what p n is this. I have a hole which is not covered, looks pretty bad.

The left painted plug actually has a VW/Audi logo. P/N 803803583A
My right, larger one, only has one hole for a pass-thru, not 3. FWIW p/n 964-612-325-00
