Enquiry sent! Thanks

Went to see the two at RPM the other day. Of the two the cobalt blue was the more preferable one but needs bodywork and engine rebuild doing. The black one had the RS clutch which was a bit too full on for my liking. Might see what I can sort out although the blue is still a possibility.

i paid just under £16k for my manual C2 coupe from eporsch about 20mths ago.....so prices do seem to have increased a bit. Due to OCD i have spent a stackload more on it and given its leaking like the exxon valdez currently i see a top end being needed early 2013..actually already got it provisionally booked with redtek. Great cars though....

loving the midnight blue examples that Frank posted.

The blue car seemed the better of the two when I enquired, however it is going to need a wedge spending & when you add that on you are over 20k & into near concours 964's

I think it's OK now to confirm that you are both right!

I had the pleasure of helping Oldtimer pick up the orange car and I got to drive it the 90 or so miles home. With 315 bhp, a competition clutch and weighing in at less then 1200 Kg, it's an absolute beast to drive! It made my own nicely fettled car seem tame in comparison.

He's not on our Spa trip but those going to the RS day at Oulton park in March, Castle Combe in May and Donington in July will get to see it.

Guy's,
Have my Midnight Blue 964 for sale, everything has been done to bring the car upto 'as new' standard.

http://www.gtclassics.co.uk/gtcsales/car9b.htm

PS the J---UNC Reg does not reflect the car.

Thanks, I look at that advert and think don't sell it. But 6 years on and 4k miles is bad!

If it's a sale purely due to low miles, why not sleep on it until the economy picks up? Give it 5 years? Mind you that's a long wait...

That actually looks pretty good. I know a lot will be scared off by the mileage but as we all know mileage is not an issue provided its had key work done.

The Advert itself is a bit poor but there are some good details such as the Engine and gearbox rebuild and then some nice things like Becker unit, alloy handbrake and gearkonb. Not a fan of the light interior but that can be easily changed to black. Some new wheels and drop it an inch or 2 and it could be a mean looking 964 for under 15k.

C2 Manual

Looks like it could be worth checking out (before the trade snap it up)

Yeah I agree, pics are bad low res. I'd want to see evidence of a reputable specialist having done the rebuild and extensive history. When somethings that good value, makes you wonder...

The paint sure looks good - what colour is that? It doesn't look like Cobalt to me...

Although the description is not the kind that would have been written by an enthusiast - especially "electric rear windows" ! Also it's really cheap - I'd be so concerned at that price or perhaps this non enthusiast doesn't know what he's got... sure would explain why he's got it listed on AutoTrader.

Colour is Tahoe blue I believe.

I dont think the advertised price means much, the Forest Green C2 that Eporsch sold a few months ago, I was offered that car at 11k and they flipped it out for 17k.

Was location that put me off going to check it out, car was in Scotland before eporch bought it.
