Amazon for parts?
I usually buy books from Amazon - one of the very few items that I can get here without paying huge taxes - a couple of days ago when I was searching the web for prices on parts for my (not for now) engine rebuild I found a very good price for the Mahle set of cylinders and pistons...from Amazon!!! That amazed me big time because the price was actually lower than Vertex to name one of my usual providers.
Have any of you bought parts from this site? are they any good?
I know they are good on books but I haven´t bought anything else from them

I bought a bunch if parts on Amazon to do a suspension overhaul on my wife's old Sebring and I will typically pick up air & oil filters for my Toyota from there too.
Parts are parts, whether it's a K&N from Autozone or from Amazon.

I got a Beru plug wire set, as well as Bosch caps and rotors for my 993 from Amazon a couple of years ago. The price was considerably lower than any of the usual parts suppliers.

I've purchased a number of p-car parts from them--O2 sensor, Mahle oil filters, Bosch coils, etc.--all with no problems at all. I prefer to buy from our sponsor, but when I need parts in a hurry the shipping from West to East Coast gets in the way.

New bosche motor for my rear blower fan (motor only) from AMZN - great price and part number match, etc. - even free shipping (amazon prime) and it arrived in <2 full days.
