Default FVD Bromacher - 964 dual outlet exhaust with headers - $ 1,756 !!

Just wanted to share our latest, German made, full exhaust systems for the 964 with you. We have gone through great lengths to ensure the highest quality, power and reliability. We will be extending a very special discount to introduce this system to the U.S. market.

The cat bypass system will be $ 1,756 and the 100 cell cat version will be $ 2,135 !!

As an added bonus we will take 20% off of the rear valence for the narrow body cars.

These systems will arrive in the first and second week of the new year so we will be running this special until January 15th, 2013.

1. Exhaust system with 100 cell sport cats for all 964 models.

Facts:
- + 25 crank hp (18 kW) & + 19 crank torque (with software & intake mods).
- 100 cell high flow German catalysts.
- Headers have a 42 mm collector outlet.
- Weighs 50.7 lbs (23 kg) including hardware.
- Includes a muffler outlet cap to be used as a single outlet.

For narrow body 964 Models order left bumper corner ((FVD 559 00)) with tailpipe cut out.
For Turbo-Look (widebody) 964 Models order left bumper corner ((FVD 559 01)) with tailpipe cut out.

2. Exhaust system with cat bypass for all 964 models.

Pictures are not yet available but I will add them soon.

- Headers have a 42 mm collector outlet.
- Weighs 47 lbs (21.3 kg) including hardware.
- Includes a muffler outlet cap to be used as a single outlet.

For Turbo-Look (widebody) 964 Models order left bumper corner FVD 559 01 with tailpipe cut out.

Should you have any questions please feel free to pm me.

thanks,
Rhonda

I would love to hear the exhaust note if there are any sound clips available.

Once we install on a car I will share this with everyone. We have been working with this manufacturer in Germany for well over 10+ years, typically the sound on their complete systems is below 98 dB max and the sound is very clean flat 6 sound without rasp, resonance and drone. I expect nothing less with these systems.

I should have something for you within a week or two. If not, I will have one system coming in the first week of January that I can make a very special video deal on, if anyone is interested pm me and I can give you all the details.

Yes these are currently without heating. I can discuss a heating option with FVD Germany and the manufacturer and get back to you. The system is meant to work together, so unfortunately we cannot sell loose parts. However we sell parts from another vendor, separately if you are interested.

Is it the "DANSK" exhaust?! An optional heat would could it transfor to a fine performance-solution for all not-desert-region users :-)

this exhaust with cat and heat for less than 2k€ would be perfect!

Wow...nice, clean looking system. Looks much better than the snake that my car calls an exhaust system.

Sub $2K with heat (w/o cat)...that would be very interesting. Can't wait to hear it roar!

Nice looking system. To get the claimed HP & Torque increase the add says "With software and intake mods" can you please elaborate on that.
Thanks

This is not Dansk. This system came about as a special request to our German vendor and I thought I would just test the waters. It is good to see all the feedback and now I can see what can be done for those not living in the desert.

Thanks and I will keep everyone posted! Great pictures of your car at VIR by the way! I really enjoyed them.

The customers car that we tested with this exhaust (100 cell) had our software and the 964 intake (not the LB2 intake) that we sell.

Not on a map, but it is in reference to this exhaust.

I am interested in this for my 964. Since I track the car (mostly), I was wondering if it is possible to get a set that has both the Cats, and the Cat bypass included? That way I could modify the system depending on the track. It looks like a fairly easy part to interchange.

And it looks like the O2 sensor bung is on the Cats, can you confirm?

I don't think that will be an issue, I will check with our supplier for you. Yes the O2 sensor bung is on the cats and it will also be in the same location with the bypass pipes.
