Nivea Ad - goodbye to a 964
#4
It is a mix between CGI and live scene. The front Porsche crest is blacked out on a real car instead of just not rendered if it was CGI. The amount of frames it takes for the car to go off screen makes the the CGI far less expensive than the cost of the car (even if it was to be just a shell).
The car lived to see another day.
Thanks!

Doesn't seem CGI to me.. I mean the hood pops on the left side then both sides then back down when its pushed out... My guess is that is was real, they guy walking by absolutely not, frames and blurr are not in sinc with the 964 crushing. A 964 or any car shell is dirt cheap if the car had some sort or rear-end damage, you can buy it from any insurance in the hundreds not even thousands.

Car looks like it was manipulated frame by frame. Look at the passenger side weird deformation and suddenly missing part of a driver side bumper corner cover. I call CGI/Photoshop

If it really was destroyed, the value of my 964 just went up some more.
Crazy, when I got my car in 2010, the values in the U.S. were around $20,000 for a decent 964. Now they seem to be around $25,000 and heading for $30,000 quickly, especially with quite a few being shipped back to Europe.
The laws of supply and demand in action!
