Default Price check

Looking at a 91 964 c4 cab with only 26k on odo

One owner car in good condition. Interior tired but intact. Exterior solid. No accidents. Ppi pending. Can someone help with a price check?

Someone would pay stupid money just for the low miles.

I'd pay stupid money for a car with 100k on it that has been driven, broken, fixed, well maintained and not babied, but basically "enjoyed and perfect"

25 year old cars that sit, basically, they rot. So be careful. Some guys have great climates outside and climate control garages and their completely unused cars are awesome time machines. And in those cases "low miles" means a lot.

Another problem with a low miles car- you can't drive it if you think the mileage gives it value. And that just sucks.

As to the real value. Good PPI and later rear shock towers on the cab,...all clean and perfect you are going to be 35-40k for a c2 and 30-35k for a c4 on the high side. I wouldn't pay that much for a garage queen. I'd pay that much for a perfect car to drive that pants off and grow old with though...

I'd be surprised if the owner lets that go for less than $40k with the low miles.

How "tired" is the interior?
With only 26K interior seats should be in like-new condition.
If a lot of interior wear, I'd wonder if the mileage is real...

My interior, at 150,000+ miles, looks mint.

Interior will depend a lot on storage. Example is a car sitting in a non climate controlled garage in Florida or houston...wouldn't hold up well. I once saw a ferrari mondiale in houston with 7k on it, just a few years ago, and the interior was completely toast...

Like I said earlier...is take 100k and well maintained over 26k and having sat for years. But some low miles cars are good and worth it for sure...
