Emilios - you beat me to the punch!

Adrian - Where can I order my copy of your long-awaited book so that proceeds are donated to the Natalie Streather Fund?

Dear Terry,
You cannot. Such a program has not been considered. My personal financial costs in producing this book has been very high and whilst I did it for love and not money I would like to be able to recoup for my family something that we put into it.
I have already donated books to the cause out of my own allowance. I hope you can understand this.
Ciao,
Adrian

Dear John,
I have to get back to the 911SC book. I will have a few beers at the PCA-GR christmas party. I am very nervous, like an expectant father all over again. This is as public as one can get and I hope people feel they are getting value for money.
Ciao,
Adrian

Ordered.
Really looking forward to receiving it through the door.
Well done, Adrian, and thanks from everyone who'll no doubt find it invaluable.
Adrian.
PS I think you'll still be getting pestered here though!

Hey everyone if you have benefited from information on this forum, go and buy this book. Even if you haven't had a dialogue directly with Adrian, you probably have had a discussion with somebody who obtained information from Adrian at one time or another. Show Bentley that small audience publications are worthwhile doing.

Adrian,

Do you you think I should order direct from Bentley, or wait until it becomes available from shops here in the UK?
Do you know if there will be any differences between versions for different areas - e.g covers - presumably there will be small differences, at least, eg. price marked in appropriate currency?
Any idea when the UK release is?
