What is the thickness of the aluminum sheeting that you used. Very good job, looks really trick-

I believe 16ga. Would probably do it out of 14 ga. next time thought it is pretty firm for how large it is.

Probably a weeks worth of time at least. Lots of back and forth forming it, adding features, designing, drawing in cad, plasma cutting materials, and fabricating the subframe that holds the undertray, then splitting the tray into two so that the transmission section stays stationary since its mounted to the tub. 2nd time around is always faster...
