I do have a chime but do we really need it? Don't we always turn around and admire our cars at least a few times every time we park and leave them? Then we will see if the lights are on!

the daylight driving lights feature is enabled via the simple installation of a relay.
perhaps the chime works accordingly? dunno.

Next week I should receive the buzzer.
Does anybody can point me to the right under-dash place where I should find the socket to install the buzzer on a 1991 c4cab with no airbag?
I tried to look but the only "free socket" I was able to identify was this one.
Thanks in advance.

How to add seems to be easy. It's a plug-in buzzer.
Where to plug it in... Well... That I do not know.

Hi Ale, is it not the white relay holder we see on your picture ? It seems yes.

I found this picture on an other forum. It looks like a 964 without airbags, before 1992.
For me it is the one we see on your picture. You can see a bridge in metal which needs to be removed before plugin the chime.

I's say so but I wanted a few people more patting my shoulder telling me: "do it, that's the right place"

True. Wondering why mine is in that such nice position with even a lower support for the buzzer and in other pictures looks to be randomly left around.
I could have understood this difference on a Brit car, not in a German one

Once removed the metal tab and inserted the chime everything worked perfectly.
i am really pleased with the result.
