I just ordered rotors from the dealer here. Looking at the receipt the part numbers seem different then what has been listed here in previous posts. I know they make mistakes and want to clarify if they ordered the right ones.

1991 Turbo

Front rotor: 965-351-045-00 and 965-351-046-00

Rear rotor: 965-352-041-00 and 965-352-042-00

Are the part numbers correct for 91 rotors, front and rear? Looking a old posts I've seen slightly different numbers.

Thanks for any insight!

The numbers you have there for the front rotors are for the Turbo 3.6, which go with the Big Red front calipers and a deeper brake pad. They will work on your car and would be worth doing if you intend on upgrading at some point. You just wouldn't be using all of the available braking surface.
The "correct" part numbers for a 91-93 Turbo are 965 351 043 00 and 965 351 044 00.
The rear part numbers are ok.

Metal guru coming through as usual! Thanks! I don't plan on upgrading to big reds. Is it worth leaving alone because there is no performance difference? I guess I'm adding unnecessary rotating mass otherwise

Yeah, the Big Red rotors are a tiny bit heavier but these are not F1 cars we're driving.
If your parts are on the way I wouldn't worry about it. If there's time to change, it's up to you, really.

The nice thing about the 3.6 front rotors is they are a lot less expensive than the 3.3s. Maybe they are only supplying 3.6 rotors now?? Anyone know??
PS....before you go and spend a lot of money on "Big Reds" understand you will not stop any faster. Its looks only. So go paint your current rotors red.

Nope. Just advice based on experience. I have owned my car for 16 years. I have spent money in the right place and the wrong place. The cost of 3.6 calipers and install would go a long way towards things a lot more worthwhile but then, it all in the mind.
