59K is a good price for the car and, given the current US and global market situation, probably a great price.
The 968 CS is far from the rarest transaxle P-car. Is it rare in the US? Absolutely. ROW? Not even close. There are a number of factory variants of the transaxle cars which are far more rare than the 968 CS. In the 968 model you have the 968 Turbo S - reportedly 14 made in total by Porsche. Additionally in the 968 model - the 968 Turbo RS - supposedly only 4 made by the factory. Both the 944 and the 924 had factory variants with significantly more rarity than the 968 CS... Not knocking the CS at all. I want one for my garage!
Check Autoscout24 - there are always 968 CS cars listed, some for many, many months.
Edit: Production Details according to the 968 Registry...
Coupe = 6045 units
Cab = 3959 units
CS = 1743 units
Turbo S = 14 units
Turbo RS = 4 units

But for real world production cars I stand by my modified statement that the 968CS is the penultimate transaxle P-Car.

PS are you including 968 S's in the 1743?

Nope - not including the 968 S. I have no data to back this up, but I would imagine the 968 S is even more rare than the CS. The 968 Turbo S was a “real world production” car. So was the 944 Turbo Cabriolet with reportedly less than 300 examples built. The CS simply isn’t rare from a basic numbers standpoint.
i highly doubt any CS would ever be more collectible than any 968 Turbo S, condition being relatively equal.
in the world of 968s, the CS should be more collectible than your run-of-mill 968 - it is the perhaps the ultimate NA 968 - to that I can agree! I also understand collectibility and rarity are somewhat subjective.
Nonetheless, the subject CS is a beautiful machine that I would love to have.

Looks like a nice example of a Cab in Coral Red (per Sir Jeff - 1 of 10 Cabs in this color).

Those mods imply it has been tracked at least a little.
I need another 968 like a hole in the head, but what do you think it is worth? If the bidding is low because of the virus, I'm game to get a cab. It seems like every time I see a cab for sale, it's got tiptronic.

This example has a stick with LSD. I'm not sure a aftermarket harness/rollbar is definitive proof of being tracked, some people just like 'the look'.
If I weren't 3 deep, I'd be quite interested given it's cool, limited production number. I'll go with low 20's.
