Check with Lart , he had a couple used bumper covers on Ebay for a while. You can still get them new as well. Many shops dont like stripping these covers either mechanically or with solvent.

I might also add, my understanding is these bumpers can not be Plasti welded, I forget how to double check but there should be a code on the inside to tell what type of plastic it is.
