Tahoe Blue Coupe - Fresh Paint Job & Leather

Hi mate - the seat leathers came from Autoberry in the US and I had a local (happens to be German and once worked making Porsche seats in the 90s funnily) fit them. He also added new foam to the seats so they feel new as well.
If you re cover them I would recommend doing it properly as the guy said a lot of people don't use new foam and that results in the new leather sagging and looking loose.

Hi everyone,
Thanks so much for your replies - keep the feedback coming - it keeps me motivated to continue working on her!
I just got a new glass polishing kit so plan to try to get a bit more clarity out of the windscreen and windows (all of which have a few little scuffs here and there) so I will post the results of that soon!
Have a great weekend!
Nick

Gorgeous combo! Looks nice with those wheels too! I started to toy with the idea of a few mods but decided to go down the restoration to original condition instead!

In that case, I would highly suggest getting a 968 Clubsport steering wheel.

Interesting to hear. Since I see you had it pulled apart...does it have all of the wiring to put an airbag wheel in? Or is that not included at all? Also, do you have a passenger airbag dash in your car? From what I can see through the window it doesn't look like it...
In that case, I would highly suggest getting a 968 Clubsport steering wheel.

When I took the wheel off the one and only wire present was for the horn! No airbag wiring at all.
I thought about a Club Sport steering wheel but the only thing is then it wouldn't be "as delivered". It's a catch 22 because I love the CS wheel but either way I don't hate the 944 style wheel...
Will give it some thought!
P.S. classic photo mirroring - looks weird to see my car in "left hand drive" haha!

Burning Brakes
Drop dead beautiful car. I hate to think what that project might have cost.
BTW, anybody ever do fixed and covered headlights in the 968? Seems like there would be room if projector beams were used. Just wondering.

In relation to the headlights - there are a few threads around the place including this site as this mod has been done. It essentially involves new (or modifying your own) front guards and 993 headlights.
Here is one of those threads - you can buy the guards from these guys:
