Jeff,
Just wanted to publicly thank you for all your efforts you put forth in compiling and storing all things 968, a noble cause. While at a party a few days ago and you came up in conversation, from a Ferrari guy no less. This gent attended the 968 seminar that we put together while you were in Savannah for the Porsche Parade a few years ago. This long time a somewhat die hard Ferrari was amazed at the knowledge base that you have acquired that several years later he still remembered your wife name but referred to you as the "968 Savant", a impression was made and a good one at that.
Thank you again my friend, look forward to getting together with your family and the 968's sometime soon in the future.
Regards,
Joel Carter

Thank you Joel, so kind of you to say those nice things. I very much share a passion for 968s and enjoy sharing my work with all of you and building the enthusiasm for our cars. You guys (and gals) are great and I look forward to seeing you again soon.

Sorry, I don't. It took me 3 years to set up the databases on 4,242 North American 968s. It would take A LOT longer to do that for the 944 turbos as they sold much better then the 968s.

I was re-introduced into Porsche ownership in 2013. In my intro post Jeff was kind enough to share the production data and confirm some details of my '92.
Kudos Jeff -- we appreciate your dedication to the cause. Your production data brings a lot more color to the 968 ownership experience. You make me love my car all that more.

Ditto to all. I met Jeff at the first 968 meet organized on 968.net, back in 2000, when he and his son drove down to Monmouth County, NJ. I don't think I even knew Raj 968TurboS at that point. Jeff's involvement led to the first 968 Celebration in Hershey as well.

Thanks again for all of your hard work and dedication over the years.
Question for you is why is the email address for Graham Ripple still on the Registry web site when it is no longer useable? I have tried numerous times to get in touch with him and all emails have been returned. Years ago he had a spread sheet with all of the coupe VINs, colors, options etc. that he made available to those who submitted their info. But haven't seen this in years. Would be nice to have this available to registry members.
Thanks,
Carl

Are you a registry member? If so, you should have seen my recent email on the new 968 register site that will be available shortly. The gentlemen who supported the old site is not able to do the work anymore. We will be taking down the old site once the new site is up. We have a new volunteer webmaster (Adam) who will be supporting the new site and working with me to build it.
Graham's work was cars that he had "spotted". He definately didn't have them "all". However, I have finished my databases and do have them all so if you have a question just send me a PM or email at jeffery.coe@snet,net. Graham changed his email address and i don't have the new one either.
Thanks again for the kind comments guys.
Jeff
