Is the valved system louder with the valves open then your non-valved exhaust?

Sounds like I'd be better off with the valved setup then - my Cayman is non PSE so I'd need to do the homelink setup.

I just installed the Valved Exhaust on my Boxster S. I am very glad I went with it as the valves open mode is glorious but definitely very aggressive. It is nice to be able to quiet it down so you can still romp under the radar and enjoy cruising. The valves closed mode has the cabin manners of the factory exhaust but with greatly improved tone and is louder only when you're getting on it. I'll be doing some video to give a comprehensive showcase of this system. You would need to get access to the top of the engine to install the valve controller (12v switched, ground, vacuum lines) and then you can marry the fobs to HomeLink. That's a great time to also add the IPD Plenum and GT3 throttle body if you ask me.

Thanks for posting cycleman! I love trying out new mic placements. My favorite was right under the license plate with a little wind sock thing on it, with a long extension cord under the trunk lid to the go pro in the car.

They do have a BF sale going on....I was waiting for it before ordering as there was a small price increase right around the time I planned to get it a month or so ago.
