Default 981 GTS Options

Hi folks,

i just sold my GT4, and will be looking for a 981 GTS. But, i’m Looking for some specific options; PTV, X73 PDK and sport Chrono. Can anyone give me advice on whether any 981 option packages include these? For example, does sport Chrono include the PTV?

thanks in advance for any help!

Shawn

Manual transmission was standard. PDK was an option.

Sport Chrono is standard on GTS models.

PASM was standard. X73 was a no-cost option.

PTV was a standalone option. At least on manual cars.

if you want all those options for your GTS, you might as well get a GT4.

oh wait...

Good luck. That combination is relatively hard to find. I've looked as well.

PTV is a separate option, not included with anything else.
X73 is often listed as 'sport suspension'. No shock absorber button on the console is the clue.

Having just purchased a GTS, I can tell you inventory is low and you will likely have to make some compromises to get all those options.

The 3 listed here have X 73 sport suspension and PDK, the last one on the list has X73, PDK and PTV - it’s in Redwood City, CA - fly out buy it sample the great driving roads of Northern CA and ship it back.

The first one listed here has a crazy build - originally priced at $121 K And has PDK, PTV and X 73. Fly to NC and get it and do the awesome roads down there.

My CGTS does not have PTV and it corners incredibly IMO, some have stated that PTV can prematurely wear the the rear brakes.

‘’Good luck in your search.
