Broken clamp under plastic frunk cover

Hi, does anybody know what the part number of this clamps under the frunk plastic liner is? My came bent and as I tried to straighten it, it broke. See picture below. Thank you!

Try 999 507 047 01. Seems it's a universal kind of clip with multiple applications on the 981 cars.
