Checked the feeding tube was keeping my baby happy while in Winter storage.

Couple of things! Put Sliplo skid plates on and replaced the lower black bumper trims. Couldn’t be happier with the results.

Installed rear brake caliper bolts (in advance of Cayman R suspension install later on).

I installed my long-awaited titanium wheel studs and nuts. Everything went well until the so-called “Pro” torx kit T40 broke while torquing one of the studs. Don’t try this without the best quality Hazet or similar tools or you will be adding complication to a simple job. How to get tool steel remnants out of a titanium fastener, you ask? Beats me.

not one picture of it since you bought it??? Seriously?
I'm just not one to take many photos, and 30 years ago I actually worked for a professional photographic supply selling view cameras, medium format equipment, studio lighting, etc. I love photography but not necessarily phone photography. I'll take a picture soon. It is a stunning car. Sapphire blue, PCCB, leather/alcantara with yellow stitching, LWBs, black GT4 wheels, SC. Even has sapphire blue vent slats. After I departed the errand where a car circled it, I drove to the grocery. With windows down, a lady crossing in front turned her head to say, "that's a beautiful car." It and my 3 Spyders are about the only Porsches of 11 I've owned which would receive compliments. Well, maybe my 2017 Targa S too, but that was my wife's car now replaced with a Range Rover which I actually like better.

Pictures please.

I think that Saphire Blue is a stunning color on a Cayman for some reason.

I have Lapis on mine and people compliment the color all the time when I drive it.

Realized that I was saving a whopping $150 to not have collision insurance on the car for winter storage for 4~ months. So much savings.

So I put insurance back on it and will drive whenever it happens to be a dry day over 50 degrees with no road salt residue on the pavement.

He definitely saved the $ - I had left over pieces from the sheet I bought and gave it to him.
Also I bought a perforated hex shaped opening mesh which has more open area rather than the expanded metal looking (diamond shaped opening) so as not to diminish air flow more than necessary.

it was cheaper with free material, plus no one makes anything for boxster spyder grills either.
