Hi,

I got myself a 987.1 S with base steering wheel but factory equipped with BOSE system/CD changer and the CDR24 head unit. I'm thinking to buy the PCCM to upgrade the system, but I was wondering if I can source a used steering wheel with MF on it, can be swapped and then coded with Piwis 3 (wich I have): I'm thinking it's possible, but not sure what else I will need to buy or change, perhaps the steering wheel colum module behind the wheel?

Here's the wheel I'm looking to buy (I would swap the control over my "like new" current steering wheel. But unsure if this is enough or do I need anything else?

Has anybody done this before?

there is also a module and loom specific to the multi function wheel missing from the inside of that wheel. Here are the part numbers from my car.
