Well folks my 2005 Boxster none S with 80K miles on the clock was indicating lifter issues so took her over to the mechanic and my analysis was correct, the lifter require replacing. The lifters on the passenger side require replacing since Porsche recommends. Here is what I checked to determine its lifter issues:
1- Checked the headers and verified torque and no exhaust leaks.
2- Checked Spark-plugs and verified torque.
3- Change oil and added additive SeaFoam
4- Raised Boxster and checked the noise with a hose and also with a screw driver to the ear. The noise is like a hammer or old sewing machine (awful noise)

I have to ask if this is an issue that is on the rise or just my luck.

The repair cost to replace all lifters and other parts around $1,850.00

Happy motoring!
