Default Spyder Speculators in action already...

eBay listing for a $91k MSRP Spyder asking $119k... This is why we can't have nice things.

I am surprised that only 118 Spyder will reach the US.
I thought there would be significant more.

I have mine landing in a couple of weeks and given that I've recently picked up another 911 and a vintage MB, I'm open to selling it. I'm torn about it as I really like the Spyder, but I don't want to see it sit either.

I haven't posted anything yet but figured this would be a good spot as I'm not putting it on eBay and I'm certainly not marking it up like this one is.

GT Silver/Black - very nicely spec'd with an MSRP just north of $96k.

Feel free to shoot me a PM if you'd like to discuss.

Thanks

There has to be more than that!? If that is the case, then I'm probably not going to get mine because I'm sure my dealer will find a way to sell it to someone else more important or for more money. You have to tell us where you got that number?

That's what the add claims Bob when you click on description. Seems like bubkus. No way to realistically confirm that number unless you work for Porsche

Has to be more than that. I'm think 1/2 of the GT 4 numbers so far. Still pretty rare but more than the claimed 118 . Is the order in your name? On my order sheet it has my name and address as the car buyer.

Yes, it is in my name, no worries, if it's meant it will happen. I'm not stressing out on this. There will always be something better down the line especially with Porsche and there is always the used car market, heck I don't even need a car and remember this car purchase was just for fun and it hasn't been much of that so far - I was originally supposed to get my Spyder this month, now it's supposed to be December - who knows. My SA doesn't even return emails and the dealership is a block away and I don't even want to go there anymore. Whatever.

Sold out, except for those two that were sitting on dealer lots for MSRP a few weeks ago?

I think I know where he got the 118 figure. Right between the bottom of his lower intestine and the top of his rectum.

Picked up a showroom new W210 E55 (15k mi) which actually just placed 2nd last week in a local Concours event. Always loved the W210 chassis, found this car and had to have it.
