Can I corner balance my 2007 Cayman with PASM?

No, You need to be able to adjust ride height which requires coil-overs.

Just in case you want a second opinion... what Bill said, +1.

I've actually had a car (C4 Corvette heavily modified) corner balanced, and it made a noticeable difference in the handling. But it was a track car, setup for the track and only used there. On the street, you'd probably not notice the difference.

You can still corner-weight it, there's just not much you can do to corner-balance it. Once you know, you may be able to do little things like shift the location of the battery a few inches in the tray, or put your telemetry equipment in a different spot.
